Papers submission for publication (CoMS-ELEKTROPRIBOR)
Instructions for submitting plenary and poster papers
       Dear Authors of the papers to be presented at the 16th ICINS 2009,

       The papers should be prepared for publication in the proceedings of the 16th Saint Petersburg International Conference on Integrated Navigation Systems according to the instructions for preparing plenary and poster papers.

       Files of the papers should be submitted only via the Conference Management System CoMS - Elektropribor http://coms.elektropribor.spb.ru
       Papers are not accepted via e-mail or by fax.

       To enter the system and upload the file, you should use your PIN and password used by you when submitting your paper abstract to the Conference,

• If you have forgotten your PIN or password, the system can retrieve them,
• To upload the paper file, please go through links "My virtual office" => "My papers" => "Edit Paper info" to the page "Paper info" ,
• Click the link "Paper Files" and upload the file of your paper,
• The size of the uploaded paper file should be less than 2 Mb.

       Please read attentively the system instructions and follow them.
