GENERAL INFORMATION

Dear Colleagues,

The Organizing Committee is glad to inform you that the 17th Saint Petersburg International Conference on Integrated Navigation Systems (17th ICINS 2010) will be held the State Research Center of the Russian Federation Central Scientific and Research Institute Elektropribor on 31 May - 02 June 2010 30, Malaya Posadskaya St., Saint Petersburg, Russia (the entrance from 1, Pevchesky Lane).
This annual conference has become a traditional meeting place for the exchange of ideas between scientists and engineers involved in navigation, motion control and guidance all over the world.

The Conference does not cover the issues related to military and technical cooperation, development of military technologies and weapon specimens and military hardware.

The Conference languages are English and Russian.
Provision will be made for simultaneous interpretation from Russian into English and from English into Russian.

The Conference program includes plenary and poster presentations. Presentation of papers given at the plenary session, including discussion, should be no longer than 20 min.
The authors of poster papers will have 3 min for a short presentation with 1-2 transparencies at the plenary session. Further discussion will continue at the posters.

Authors wishing to present their papers at the Conference should submit their abstracts of 1,000 words in English before 1 December 2010 - for consideration by the International Program Committee.
Be sure to include the following details for each author of the paper:

Given name(s), family name,

Organization, company or institution,

Country,

Complete mailing address and e-mail,

Phone and fax numbers.

The abstract should be submitted online via the Conference Management System - CoMS-Elektropribor located on the Conference web site: http://www.elektropribor.spb.ru/cnf/icins2010/enfrset.html
Abstracts not complying with the above requirements will not be taken into consideration by the Program Committee.
The papers included by the Program Committee into the Conference program should be submitted by their authors (in English) online via the system "CoMS-Elektropribor" by 1 April 2008, for publication in the Conference Proceedings.
Abstracts and papers are not accepted via e-mail or by fax!

At the registration desk each participant will receive at his/her option either English or Russian volume of the Conference Proceedings.

The conference fee is $400 if it is paid before 1 April 2010 and $460 if the payment is made after 1 April 2010.
For students and post-graduates the conference fee is reduced to 50%, i.e. $200 and $230, respectively.
The fee includes:
♦ all Sessions,
♦ one copy of the Conference Proceedings,
♦ lunches, coffee breaks during the 3 days,
♦ transportation from/to the airport,
♦ transportation to the Conference from the hotels,
♦ a sight-seeing guided bus tour of Saint Petersburg
♦ and the banquet.

The conference is held during the White Nights season and opportunities will be made available for sight-seeing tour of St. Petersburg and a visit to the Hermitage. An extensive spouses program for the 3 days including city tours and excursions to the palaces and museums of St. Petersburg and suburbs will also be offered during the Conference at extra cost.
