PAPER ABSTRACTS PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION

Abstracts of papers for the 17th Saint Petersburg International Conference on Integrated Navigation Systems must be submitted to the Organizing Committee.

Paper abstract must be prepared according to Instructions for preparing paper abstracts.

Paper abstract must be submitted ONLY via the Conference Management System
CoMS-Elektropribor.

Abstracts are not accepted via e-mail or by fax!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARING PAPER ABSTRACTS
Text of the paper abstract of 1,000 words should be prepared in English and submitted to the Conference Organizing Committee by 1 December 2009.

The abstract should state the goal, principal points and conclusions of the study.
Avoid abbreviations unless commonly accepted ones.
The use of references, figures, and formulae is not recommended.

When preparing the abstract please comply with the following requirements:

typeset the text using a computer in WinWord 98, 2000 in A4 format;

use Times New Roman font, size 11 pt;

use the abstract header layout as follows:
typeset the title of your paper in CAPITAL letters,
on a new line - author's family name preceded by initials of his/her first name(s) (bold),
then organization name, postal address, telephone number and E-mail address.

Leave two line spaces and then start the text of the abstract;

the paper text should be typed single spaced;

for formulas, if any, use the Equation 3.0 Editor, font Times New Roman or Symbol, size 11;
for subscripts and superscripts - size 9; Roman letters should be typed in italics, Greek letters - Roman type.
The abstract file uploaded via CoMS-Elektropribor System must contain the following data for each co-author:

family name and initials,

organization name,

country.

Below the abstract text please indicate the family name and initials, telephone number and E-mail address of the contact person for communication with the Organizing Committee.

PAPER ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION
Text of the paper abstract of 1,000 words should be prepared in English and submitted to the Conference Organizing Committee by 1 December 2009 ONLINE via the Conference Management System CoMS-Elektropribor.

Please register in the "CoMS-Elektropribor" system, if your have not been its User at the other conferences held by CSRI Elektropribor.
Attention: PIN assigned by the system to its User is the same for all the conferences held by CSRI Elektropribor.

If you are the system User, enter the system using your PIN and Password.

Forgotten PIN and Password can be retrieved through the system using link "User info" .

Having entered the system, select the conference you wish to participate in, namely - 17th ICINS 2010 (17th Saint Petersburg International Conference on Integrated Navigation Systems)

Click "My virtual office", then "My papers", "Submit new paper".

Doing so, you enter the page "Paper info".

Register in the System the Paper abstract to be Submitted for the Conference:

Fill in without fail the following fields "Title", "Author(s), organization(s) and country(ies) ".

Select Paper Keywords from the list or (and) enter your extra keywords.

After pressing button "Submit paper info" the Paper ID number will be assigned by the system to your abstract and the page "Paper info" will be re-generated newly.

Click "Abstract files" and upload your abstract file.

Please read attentively the System instructions and follow them.

Attention: making corrections in the abstract text after uploading it to the System for reviewing by the Program Committee is possible only after getting permission from the Organizing Committee.
