was held by the Scientific Research Center of Russia - Concern CSRI Elektropribor, JSC co-sponsored by the Scientific Council of the Russian Academy of Sciences on Motion Control and Navigation Problems, the Russian Foundation for Basic Research, the International Public Association - the Academy of Navigation and Motion Control, the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (USA), L'Association AÉronautique et Astronautique de France, L'institut FranÇais de Navigation, and the German Institute of Navigation.
The International Program Committee
formed of the leading scientists from Germany, France, Italy, Russia, and USA, headed the Conference.
The Conference languages were English and Russian.
Provision was made for simultaneous interpretation from Russian into English
and from English into Russian
papers were presented, including 28
plenary and 45
specialists from 95 companies
representing the following 16 states
took part in the Conference: Algeria, Belarus, Brazil, China, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Israel, Portugal, Russia, Switzerland, Syria, Turkey, Ukraine, USA (38 persons
- specialists from 24
foreign companies, including 8
persons from 5
organizations of Ukraine, 1
person from the Belarussian organization, and 259
persons from 71
organizations of Russia).
12 young scientists were delegated to the Conference without payment of Conference fee by the Organizing Committee of the 13th Conference of Young Scientists Navigation and Motion Control
