NEWS and GENERAL INFORMATION

The Symposium Organizing Committee reminds you of the following:

• * 29 October 2007 is the deadline for plenary and poster papers submission for publication in the Symposium Proceedings,
• the papers should be prepared for publication according to the requirements for plenary and poster papers available on the Symposium web site,
• * files of the papers should be submitted only via the CoMS-Elektropribor (Conference Management System).

NOTE: papers are not accepted via e-mail or by fax.

10 August 2007: Dear participants!
If you select the city tour and the boat trip for August 23, the bus brings you to the restaurant Literature cafe after the end of the city tour. The boat trip starts after the lunch. The lunch cost is included in the trip price.
If you select the city tour only the bus brings you to the nearest metro station after the end of the tour.
If you select the boat trip and do not attend the city tour you are requested to come to the restaurant Literature cafe (Nevskiy av. 18) at 15.30.
The boat trip ends in the city center, the nearest metro station is Canal Griboedova. Return transfer to the hotels is not provided.
Detailed information on the program of August 23 will be available on the 1st day of Symposium.

Dear participants of International symposium on terrestrial gravimetry: static and mobile measurements, please be aware that in accordance with new requirements in the regulations for foreign citizens visiting territory of enterprises in Russia you must send us before 25 July 2007 your passport copy by e-mail: symptg-smm@eprib.ru (in JPG or PDF format), or by fax: 7 (812) 232 33 76, having indicated your full name, birth date, full name of organization and position.
