Preparation of Visual Aids

Visual aids may be prepared in electronic form or as transparencies.

When preparing the visual aids for your paper, please remember the following:
  • all texts on slides must be written in English;
  • letters in inscriptions and symbols in formulas must be seen from a distance of 15 m;
  • slides should be prepared in PowerPoint XP;
  • CD, DVD, flash memory device may be used as data carriers.

    Note: If you need any additional equipment for your presentation, please let us know about it beforehand.
    Equipment available at the Conference

  • a multimedia projector to demonstrate computer presentations;
  • a vu graph projector for A4 format transparencies.
