• For publication in the journal original papers of up to 10-12 pages, review and analysis papers of up to 15-20 pages as well as brief notes of up to 5-6 pages (in English or in Russian) are accepted.
• A paper should have summary of up to 300 printed characters.
• Only International System of Units (SI) should be used in the paper text.
• An abstract of up to 1,000 printed characters should be added to the paper text, including references to basic formulas, figures or tables characterizing research results. The abstract should be provided with keywords.
• The materials should be prepared on an IBM PC AT computer or on compatible one in text editor Word 7.0 for Windows using 11 point Times New Roman font, single spaced. Page parameters: margins 2.1, 2.0, 3.8, 3.8; paper size 21.0, 26.5 (all the dimensions are given in centimeters).
• Use 11 point Times New Roman and Symbol for formulas, 9 points for subscripts and superscripts, italics for Latin letters, and normal type for Cyrillic and Greek letters.
• Illustrative material should be given in the form of computer files, in tif or wmf format, figure captions should be listed on a separate sheet.
• A disk containing the paper and abstract texts and their printed copies should be sent to the editorial board. A printed copy of the paper should be signed by all of its authors.
• The material should be accompanied by an approval for its public release.
• Together with materials the following information on the authors should be presented: surname, first name, date of birth, degree, academic status, position, affiliation.
