• The journal is published by the State Research Center of the Russian Federation - CSRI "Elektropribor", the leading institute in Russia in the field of precise navigation.
It is co-sponsored by the Academy of Navigation and Motion Control - a public association of the leading scientists from Russia and some countries of the world. • The journal has been published since 1993, distributed abroad since 1995, gradually wining the more vast reader's audience both in Russia and abroad. • The famous Russian scientists are in the journal editorial board.
