The system is designed to provide interior telephone and loudspeaker communication, battle radio transmission and broadcasting for submarines and surface ships of all classes.

The system provides:

• loud-speaking communication;
• automatic telephone communication between two users with additional functions;
• radiotelephone communication of the crew members on the upper deck;
• automatic telephone communication with coastal telephone exchange;
• command and entertaining broadcasting by four lines selectively or circularly in any combination;
• transmission of the Siren alarm signals;
• communication with neighboring ships and the coast.
