Micromechanical gyroscope MMG-2

  
The gyro is built on the principle of a vibrating RR-gyro with internal torsion suspension, electrostatic excitation of initial oscillations, and capacitive pick-off. The gyro is manufactured using SOI technology.

Intended applications:
in automotive industry - to increase traffic safety
in robotics - to advance the manipulator performance
in medicine - to position the surgical instruments
in navigation and control systems of different mobile objects
